Danny Davis and Marshall Allen were as twins joined at the hip. Not only would they duet torrential solos together, but in ensemble choruses they would stand up and sit down at the same time, as if sharing one mind.
Danny always held his time in the Arkestra in the highest regard and Marshall held Danny in the highest respect and love. Danny had a magnificent sense of humor and ascended too soon. He is missed and never forgotten.
